Frozen Peach Cream Pies
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Chopped peeled peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), pureed to make 1 1/2 cups (Canned / Frozen)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||1 Tablespoon|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen non dairy whipped topping||8 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)|
|Graham cracker crumbs crusts||12 Ounce (2 Packages, 6 Ounce Each)|
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then pureed peaches, Lemon, extract and food coloring if desired.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour equal portions into crusts.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with additional peaches.
Return ungarnished leftovers to freezer.
