Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour/Unbleached flour 3 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Chopped rhubarb 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  9 inch pastry crust 1
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Blend first 4 ingredients together thoroughly.
Add eggs.
Finally, stir in rhubarb.
Sprinkle more nutmeg on top, if desired.
Bake for 10 minutes; then lower heat to 350° and bake for 30 more minutes or until done.
