Irene S Cheese And Spinach Pie

Ingredients
  Margarine/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound
  Zucchini 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Diced ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ricotta cheese/Cottage cheese 1 Pound, drained
  Grated mozzarella 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , lightly beaten
  Cooked chopped spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, diced
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute mushrooms, zucchini, and green pepper in margarine for 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Add ham and saute 2 minutes more or until all moisture is evaporated.
Cool.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine cottage cheese with mozzarella, eggs, and spinach.
Finally, beat in ham mixture and dill.
Season to taste.
Pour mixture into an oiled pie plate or casserole dish which will hold about 1 1/2 quarts.
Sprinkle with melted butter and bake 45 minutes or until set.
