Add sugar and salt.

Stir in lemonade concentrate; set aside.
Microwave cream cheese in a bowl 15 to 30 seconds; beat creamy.
Add lemonade mixture, mixing smooth.
Refrigerate to thicken.
Fold in whipped cream and coloring.
Pour onto crust.
