Strawberry Cheese Yogurt Pie

Ingredients
  Ripe strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pastry for 8" pie shell 1
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Set aside 4 small strawberries for garnish; slice remaining berries and arrange in bottom of baked pie crust.
In small saucepan soften gelatin in water.
Heat, stirring until dissolved.
Combine with remaining ingredients in blender container.
Process until smooth.
Pour into pie crust.
Chill several hours, until firm.
Garnish with reserved berries.
Divide evenly.
