No Bake Pumpkin Pie
|Milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Canned pumpkin||16 Ounce (1 Can / 2 Cups)|
|Graham cracker crumb crust||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
In medium bowl, beat egg; beat in sweetened condensed milk and spices.
In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water; let stand 1 minute.
Over low heat, stir until gelatine dissolves.
Add sweetened condensed milk mixture; over lowheat, cook and stir constantly until mixture thickens slightly, 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pumpkin.
Pour into crust.
Chill 4 hours or until set.
Garnish as desired.
