Strawberry Rhubarb Lattice Pie
|Pastry||1 (For 2-Crust, 10-Inch Pie)|
|Rhubarb||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced in 3/4-inch pieces|
|Sliced strawberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1. Prepare pastry and cook bottom crust.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour filling into pie crust. Top with lattice pastry. Seal edges.
3. Cook on Full Power for 11 to 13 minutes, or until top crust is cooked and fruit is tender. Turn quarter-turn halfway through cooking time.
