Easy Shepherd's Pie
|Diced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced green pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beef soup with vegetables||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Cook the onion and green pepper in butter in a skillet until tender.
Add the beef and cook until brown.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add soup and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place in a casserole and top with potatoes.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 20 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
