Fluffy Yogurt Fruit Pie
|9 inch graham cracker crumb crust||1|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Milk||14 Ounce (Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Strawberry yogurt/Other fruit yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||2 Tablespoon|
|Food coloring||3 Drop (Red / Other Color)|
|Frozen non dairy whipped topping||8 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)|
|Strawberries/Other fresh fruit||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in yogurt, ReaLemon and food coloring if desired.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into prepared crust.
Garnish with strawberries.
Chill 4 hours or overnight until set.
