Celebration Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch baked pie shell 1
  Strawberry ice cream 1 Quart, slightly softened (3 Cups)
  Chocolate ice cream 1 Quart, slightly softened (3 Cups)
  Egg whites 6
  Marshmallow creme 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate sauce/Caramel sauce / raspberry / strawberry puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In bottom of baked pie shell spread strawberry ice cream.
Freeze 1 hour.
Spread chocolate ice cream on top of strawberry ice cream.
Freeze 1 hour.
Heat oven to 425°.
Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl beat egg whites at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form (2 to 3 minutes).
Reduce speed to low.
Gradually beat in marshmallow creme until smooth.
Spread carefully onto frozen pie, sealing to edges of crust.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
Serve with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce or raspberry puree.
