San Francisco Mint Chocolate Pie
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs)|
|Mint chocolate flavored chips||6 Ounce (1/2 Of 12 Ounce Package / 1 Cup, Flick Ette)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|8 inch graham cracker pie shell||1 (Prepared)|
|8 inch graham cracker crust||1 (Prepared Pie Shell)|
In heavy saucepan, heat milk with marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
Add Flick-ettes, stirring until melted.
Chill 15 minutes.
Whip cream until almost stiff.
Fold into chilled mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator or freezer.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and shaved chocolate, if desired.
