Cranberry Pecan Pie
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell||1|
|Pecan halves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and dash salt.
Pour berries into pastry shell; pour syrup mixture over berries.
Top with pecans.
Bake in 325° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or till knife inserted in filling halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
