Frozen Pumpkin Pie
|Pumpkin||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart, softened|
|Whipped cream/Whipped topping||1 Tablespoon|
Stir together the pumpkin, brown sugar, and pie spice.
Stir into ice cream till well combined.
Turn mixture into cooled Coconut Crust.
Freeze overnight or till solid.
Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
Top with whipped cream or topping.
