Mother'S Pecan Pie
|Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|9 inch pie||1 , #ref! (#REF!)|
|Eggs||3 , well-beaten|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|9 inch baked pie crust||1|
|Pecan halves||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
1. Mix together corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in medium mixing bowl. Beat until thoroughly blended.
2. Pour filling into baked pie crust. Top with pecan halves. Cook on Cook Level 4 for 18 to 23 minutes, or until filling is bubbling and set. Turn quarter-turn halfway through cooking time.
