Skillet Potato Pie

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6 , cut up
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Frozen french fried potatoes 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Eggs 6
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

1. Cook bacon until crisp in a large skillet; drain on paper toweling and set aside for Step 3.
2. Cook onion with frozen potatoes in same pan, for pan-frying. Pour all but 2 tablespoons fat from pan.
3. Beat eggs with milk and salt in a medium-size bowl; pour over the potatoes and onion; sprinkle with cooked bacon and paprika; cover.
4. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Cut in wedges
