Frozen Fluffy Strawberry Pies
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Fresh strawberries||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), pureed to make 1 1/2 cups|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||3 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint, whipped (1 Cup)|
|Graham cracker crumb crust||12 Ounce (2 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each, Packaged)|
|Fresh strawberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Additional Quantity)|
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then pureed strawberries and ReaLemon.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into crusts.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with additional strawberries.
Return ungarnished leftovers to freezer.
