Meat Za Pie
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cheddar cheese slices||3 , cut into strips|
|Oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the beef, garlic salt and crumbs in a 9-inch pie pan, then add the milk and mix with a fork.
Spread the mixture evenly over bottom of pan, then form a low rim around edge.
Spread catsup over the beef mixture to the rim.
Arrange mushrooms on top.
Place cheese strips in crisscross pattern over top.
Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Cut in wedges to serve.
