For filling
  Cooked lean beef 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Chili beans in chili sauce 15 3⁄4 Can (157.5 oz) (1 Can, Mild Variety)
  Canned chopped green chilies 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sliced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Cornmeal base:
  Corn muffin mix 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded low fat cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Topping)

Preheat oven to 425°F.
In medium bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix well.
Set aside.
In medium bowl, combine corn-meal base ingredients and mix well.
Mixture will be very thin.
Spray 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour in batter.
Spray beef mixture into center of batter, leaving 1-inch border.
