Easy Peach Cheese Pie
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||6 Tablespoon|
|Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||3 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Non dairy whipped topping||9 Ounce, divided (1 Container)|
|Canned peaches/2 cups fresh sliced peaches||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Blend together flour and brown sugar.
Cut margarine and orange rind into flour mixture.
Stir in enough cold water to form mixture into a ball.
Pat dough into a 9-inch glass pie plate.
Microwave at MEDIUM 3 to 4 minutes.
Crust will puff up and settle down.
Cool before filling.
Microwave cream cheese in a 2-cup glass measuring cup at HIGH 1/2 to 1 minute.
Cream together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Fold in half of whipped topping.
Spread mixture evenly in cool pie shell.
Top with remaining whipped topping and peaches.
