Ham And Egg Pie

Ingredients
  Diced cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 6 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Bread flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

For filling, brown onion and celery in hot butter; blend in flour; then add milk gradually and cook, stirring, until thickened.
Season to taste.
Add quartered eggs, green pepper and ham.
Scrape into greased casserole.
Mix topping ingredients in order given, as for dumplings; spread the soft dough over ham mixture, and bake at 400F for about 30 minutes.
