Pumpkin Pie With Whipped Cream
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked mashed pumpkin||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|9 inch baked pastry shell/1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crust||1|
Microwave butter in a small glass dish at HIGH 15 seconds.
Combine marshmallows and milk in a 2-quart glass casserole.
Microwave at MEDIUM I 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Stir mixture after 1 minute.
Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and melted butter.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into baked crust.
Chill for 3 hours.
