Apricot Crumb Pie

Ingredients
  Quick cooking tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fresh apricots 2 Pound, halved and pitted
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  9 inch single crust pie pastry 1 (unbaked)
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix tapioca, granulated sugar, and salt.
Combine with apricots and lemon juice.
Pack into 9-inch pie pan lined with pastry.
Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in butter to form crumbs.
Sprinkle over apricots.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425°F.) for 15 minutes; reduce heat to moderate (375°F.) and bake for 30 to 35 minutes longer, or until apricots are tender.
