Wheat Germ Pie Crust

Ingredients
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Corn free vegetable shortening 2 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ice water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine wheat germ, flour, salt, and cinnamon.
Cut shortening into mixture.
Add vinegar and oil to water.
Stir into flour mixture.
Press into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
For a no-bake filling, bake at 325° 6-8 minutes, or until golden.
If filling is to be baked, do not prebake crust.
