Easy Pecan Pie
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Pecan halves||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pastry shell||9 Inch (baked (in a glass pie plate))|
Microwave butter in a 2-cup glass measuring cup at HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Add eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, flour, and vanilla to melted butter.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 minutes.
Stir in pecans.
Pour filling into pastry shell.
Microwave at MEDIUM 15 to 20 minutes, or until sides are firm.
Center will be soft but will firm while standing.
