Fudge Nut Pie
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 package)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Baked 9 inch pastry shell||1 (in a glass pie plate)|
Microwave butter and chocolate morsels in a 2-quart glass bowl at HIGH 1 minute.
Mix in pecans, coconut, and sugar.
Stir in eggs.
Pour filling into baked pastry shell.
Microwave at MEDIUM 8 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 2 minute intervals.
Stir once after 4 minutes.
Cool before serving.
