Frozen Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch deep dish pastry shell 1
  Flour/2 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca 4 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Firm butter 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen unsweetened blueberries 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice/3 teaspoon vinegar 4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the flour and brown sugar.
Rub in butter with fingertips.
Toss in the blueberries and stir with a fork.
Spread evenly in prepared pie shell.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add a dash or two of mace if it's a favorite spice.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 450F for 20 to 25 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake until juice is thickened, about 25 to 30 minutes.
