|Eggs||3 , separated|
|9 inch baked pastry shell||1|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated chocolate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine chocolate morsels, sugar, and milk in a 1 1/2 quart glass bowl.
Microwave at MEDIUM 3 to 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
Stir well after 1 or 1 1/2 minutes.
Beat egg yolks in a small bowl.
Stir a small amount of the chocolate mixture into the beaten yolks, then add to the remaining chocolate mixture.
Beat whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
Pour filling into the baked pastry shell.
Chill until firm.
