9 Inch Pecan Pie
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Dark corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pecan halves||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|9 inch baked pastry shell||1 (In Glass Pie Plate)|
1. Place butter in medium glass mixing bowl.
2. Microwave for about 1 minute on med.high (Roast), or until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, except Baked Pastry Shell; mix well; pour filling into shell.
3. Microwave for 20 to 25 minutes on MEDIUM (Simmer), or until almost set in center. Let cool and set before serving.
