Beppie's Egg Pie
|Hard boiled eggs||5|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Double crust pie pastry||1|
Line a shallow baking dish (pyrex) with pie crust; place in it a layer of sliced egg; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Dot with butter.
Pour over the milk.
Cover with crust as for any other pie.
Bake in a moderate (350-degree) oven until crust is golden brown.
