Barley And Oat Pie Crust

Ingredients
  Barley flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oat flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn free vegetable shortening 4 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Ice water 4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flours and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Combine and stir in oil and ice water.
Form into a ball.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan that has been lightly brushed with oil.
