Barley And Oat Pie Crust
|Barley flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oat flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Corn free vegetable shortening||4 Teaspoon|
|Safflower oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Ice water||4 Teaspoon|
Combine flours and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Combine and stir in oil and ice water.
Form into a ball.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan that has been lightly brushed with oil.
