Low Calorie Lemon Pie

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 3 Teaspoon
  Granulated no calorie sweetener 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Teaspoon (2 Teaspoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  9 inch graham cracker crust 1
Directions

Combine cornstarch, sweetener, butter, water, egg yolks, sugar, lemon rind and juice.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Set aside.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Slowly beat in remaining sugar.
Pour cooled lemon mixture on crust; top with meringue.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
