Almond Pie Crust
|Almond meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oat flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vegetable shortening||2 Teaspoon (corn free)|
|Safflower oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Ice water||3 Teaspoon|
Combine almond meal and oat flour.
Cut in shortening.
Add oil, honey, and ice water.
Pat into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400° 8-10 minutes for unbaked filling.
