Almond Pie Crust

Ingredients
  Almond meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oat flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vegetable shortening 2 Teaspoon (corn free)
  Safflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Ice water 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine almond meal and oat flour.
Cut in shortening.
Add oil, honey, and ice water.
Blend.
Pat into a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 400° 8-10 minutes for unbaked filling.
