Easy Garden Vegetable Pie
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bisquick||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Cauliflower||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
In a medium bowl thoroughly blend milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
Cook vegetables for about five minutes.
Toss the vegetables with cheese in pie plate.
Pour batter.over vegetables and bake for thirty-five to forty minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
