Pear Crumble Pie

Ingredients
  Pears 6 , pared and cored
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1
For topping
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice pears and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine sugar, flour and lemon peel.
Mix with pear slices and spoon into pastry shell.
Sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 450° for 45 min.
Topping: Mix flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and mace together.
Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.
