Grapefruit Pie

Ingredients
  Lemon jello 200 Gram (1 Box)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce, softened
  Grapefruits 4
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve Jell-0 and sugar in boiling water.
Add cornstarch dissolved in cold water to Jell-0 mixture.
Cook until clear.
Cool.
Peel and section grapefruit and cut into small pieces.
Line pie shell with cream cheese.
Add Jell-O filling and top with whipped cream.
Optional: Reserve 4 sections of grapefruit to garnish top in pinwheel fashion with a cherry in center.
