Crumb Topped Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Pie crust mix 2
  Pumpkin 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Sweetened condensed milk 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange crumble topping 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 375°.
Prepare pastry for 9-inch One-crust Pie as directed on package.
Beat pumpkin, milk, egg, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger with rotary beater.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Sprinkle with Orange Crumble Topping.
Cover edge with 2- to 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil last 15 minutes of baking.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is brown.
