I love this Simple Pumpkin Pie Recipe. This Simple Pumpkin Pie Recipe was passed on to me by my maternal grandmother. This is most popular thanksgiving dessert. Ingredients
  Canned pumpkin puree 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unbaked pastry shell 1 , 9 inch
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Mix salt, sugar and spices in a large mixing bowl.
Add pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Shield the crust edge with a pie shield ring.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes (until center is properly set).
