Individual Chicken Pies

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 7 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary/Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked and cubed chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Frozen peas and carrots 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Refrigerated biscuits 6
Directions

Cook onion in butter till tender; blend in flour and seasonings.
Stir in broth.
Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Add chicken, vegetables, and pimiento; heat till bubbly.
Pour into 6 individual casseroles.
Quarter biscuits; place 4 pieces atop hot filling in each casserole.
Bake at 450° till lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
