Vegetarian Pie

Ingredients
For pastry
  All purpose flour 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound (110 Gram)
  Chopped onion 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
For filling
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound, washed and chopped (225 Gram)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Butter 20 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Canned beans 250 Milliliter, drained (1 Cup, Beans Of Your Choice)
  Canned creamed corn 250 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato catsup 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄3 Pound (600 Gram)
  Egg 1
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and curry powder into a bowl.
Rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add onion and enough water to form dough.
Knead dough lightly on floured board.
Roll out to fit 9 inch (22 cm) quiche pan.
Trim edges and prick with fork.
Bake blind for 10 minutes.
Saute spinach and onion in butter over low heat for 2 minutes.
Drain excess quid.
Layer spinach, onion, beans, (reamed corn and parsley on base.
Combine salt, catsup, Tabasco, cottage cheese and egg.
Pour over vegetable ing and sprinkle with paprika.
Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes.
