  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Butter 2 Ounce (An Egg Size Lump Of Butter)
Directions

Sift the flour, cornstarch, salt, and sugar into the top of a double boiler, stir in the 2 cups boiling water slowly, before placing over lower part of vessel containing furiously boiling water.
