Best Pumpkin Pie
|Canned pumpkin||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves/Ground all spice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg/Mace||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|9 inch baked pastry shell||1|
1. Combine all ingredients, except pastry shell, in a 3-quart bowl. Beat until well blended.
2. Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared shell. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 5) for 18 to 22 minutes, or until center is nearly set, rotating dish 2 times. Let stand 30 minutes to firm. Chill until serving time.
