Fudge Pie

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan; remove from heat.
Add cocoa, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla; beat well.
Pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; cool.
Serve plain or topped with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
