Wild Apple Pie
|Wild apples||5 Cup (80 tbs), peeled, cored and sliced|
|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|9 inch double crust pie pastry||1|
Place apples in mixing bowl.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients except crust.
Pour over apples.
Spoon apples into baked crust.
Dot with margarine before adjusting top crust.
Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
