S Mores Ice Cream Pie
|Low fat brownie mix||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of 20.5 Ounce Package, Such As Betty Crocker Sweet Rewards)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat vanilla ice cream||3 Cup (48 tbs), softened|
|Miniature marshmallows||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Honey flavored graham crackers||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Bear Shaped)|
|Fat free fudge topping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free frozen whipped topping||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thawed|
1. Preheat oven to 300°.
2. Combine brownie mix and water; stir until well blended. Spoon batter into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 12 minutes or until done. Cool completely on a wire rack.
3. Combine ice cream and next 3 ingredients, stirring just until swirled. Spoon into brownie crust. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
4. Spread whipped topping over ice cream.
