Mother's Sweet Tater Custard Pie

Ingredients
  Cooked riced sweet potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Beaten eggs 2 (If 1 Egg Is Used, Add Little Milk)
  Sifted flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Nutmeg To Taste
  Pastry shell 1
Directions

Mix ingredients in the order given, pour into raw pastry pie shell and bake until custard is set, in 400-degree oven.
