Mother's Sweet Tater Custard Pie
|Cooked riced sweet potato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Beaten eggs||2 (If 1 Egg Is Used, Add Little Milk)|
|Sifted flour||1 Tablespoon|
Mix ingredients in the order given, pour into raw pastry pie shell and bake until custard is set, in 400-degree oven.
