No Crust Pumpkin Pie
|Brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pumpkin filling||1 Cup (16 tbs) (canned)|
|Biscuit mix||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Granola||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients except for granola in blender; cover, blend at low speed for 3 min
Pour into well-greased 9" pie pan and let stand for 5 min
Bake at 350° for 20 min
Take out and sprinkle with granola and continue baking for 20 more min.
