Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch baked pastry shell 1
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (2 Limes)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Green food coloring 5 Drop
  Grated lime peel 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare and Cook pastry shell as directed.
While pastry shell cools, prepare filling by combining in 4-cup measure, water, lime juice, sugar, gelatin and beaten egg yolks.
Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes or until mixture is steaming hot.
