Perfect Pie Crust

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Distilled vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable shortening 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (solid all)
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the water, vinegar, and egg. Beat well and set aside.
Use a food processor to combine flour, sugar, and salt. Process for 30 seconds.
Add the shortening and process until a crumbly consistency is reached. Pour in the liquid mixture and process until a dough ball is formed.Place dough into pie plat and bake.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes before using.
