Cheese Crust For Deep Dish Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Yellow cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lard/1/4 cup lard with 1/4 cup butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Iced water 7 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients and cut in shortening until mealy.
Mix in the cheese lightly.
Add the water gradually, making a stiff dough.
Roll out on floured board, place in deep dish or pie pans.
Brush inside crust with vegetable oil, very lightly, and top crust
