Kiwi Fruit & Orange Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Teaspoon (1 Envelope)
  Neufchatel cheese/Cream cheese 16 Ounce (2 Large Packages, 8 Ounce Each, Light Cream)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Nonfat milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Graham cracker crust 1
  Kiwi fruit 1 Pound, peeled and thinly sliced (2 Large Sized)
  Orange segments/Drained, canned mandarin orange segments 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh, Membrane Removed)
Directions

In a 1- to 1 1/2-quart pan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water.
Let stand to soften, about 3 minutes; stir over low heat until dissolved.
In a large bowl, beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until blended.
Gradually add gelatin mixture and milk, beating until smooth.
Pour into crust.
Chill until filling is set just enough to support a topping, 20 to 30 minutes.
